Friendly staff but the room I was checked in to wasn't entirely clean. Found a used toothbrush and some opened packets of contact lenses in the room?!

Will break it down. Bit like four in a bed program.
Location. Not to bad. Just off a round about main road into Kenilworth. Was a bit noisy with passing car if your room is facing the road like ours was. I did miss the turning for it 1st time as the sign post for it was not the right sign for the hotel.
Reception. Not a bad area but when we arrived we must have waited for 5 mins with no one there. Wife had to go find someone so we could check in. The times we we went in and out the hotel past reception desk (6 times) only 2 times someone was sat there.
The room. We had a family size. Basically a king size bed with a extra single put in. The gap between the 2 beds was small. Bit of a squeeze getting in bed. The large wardrobe had a few hangers, but it was not very sterdy. You could see it was not straight as the doors didn't meet level in the middle. I done the old dust test you know finger across the top. Yep it was there. Top of the door frames. Top of the TV. Top of the cupboard. Didn't check under the bed for any objects. The smell coming from the bathroom was gross. A mixture of sewage and and a hanging fart. The finishing could have been better done as in the sealants around the shower etc had gaps and was cracking. There was no plug in the sink either. The shower was small. The shower head was rubbish. Didn't want to stay at a good angle and keeps dropping down and the water kind of dribbled out. The other issue was the window in the room. It did not shut. The handle was broken and would not lock in. So it kept opening. In the end I used the curtain tie back as a way to keep it shut by hooking it over the handle and to the hook on the wall. Also only 2 sets of towels for a family room of the 3 of us.
Breakfast. The room breakfast is in is not the restaurant. It's the bar area where they put a few tables in. Not very big area. Maybe 5 tables max. So if alot of people were staying and all had breakfast at the same time you would be waiting for a table. It was a filling breakfast but I thought at £11.99 for a full English was a bit pricey. Continental was £6.99 which my daughter had. She had a bit of cereal and some fruit. For £7!!!
Overall I would say it was clean and the rooms were OK. But need improvement in other areas like maintenance for starters. Worth the £86 plus £30 for breakfast?? No I wouldn't have paid full price if I had the choice.

I stayed at this hotel for two days. At first, I was unsure about staying here because of some of the reviews I read, but my experience turned out to be fine. The room was okay, nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. On the second day, the housekeeping staff cleaned the room well and made sure I had everything I needed. They were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated.Overall, it was a pleasant experience

**The Worst Hotel Experience**
This hotel charges £79 per night for a standard room but is located in a remote, inconvenient area. The room was dirty, smelly, and the toilet was filthy. When I asked to change rooms, the owner/manager, an Indian woman, claimed they had inspected the room and taken photos, even accusing me of leaving a tissue, which was actually my friend’s rubbish. What a liar—I was shocked!
Eventually, they offered a room change, but the new room was no better—there was a spider web above the lamp and mosquitoes flying around. We even killed a mosquito in front of the staff with a slipper, but I was not offered any compensation.
The photos advertised online are completely fake. The bar, breakfast, and dinner are all served in the same room, which you’re forced to walk through to access the staircase to your room. Of course, there’s no lift. The entire place reeks of Indian curry, with the smell lingering in the staircases, hallways, and rooms—it’s impossible to escape.
Truly an awful experience.

I stayed here during an event at Stoneleigh park, the hotel is only a few minutes drive away.
The hotel is under renovation but this has no impact on the stay. Albert at the reception was fantastic, great conversation and customer service. One of the best reception chats I've ever had!
The room was clean and tidy, I will stay here again next year.

Clearly under development- not in a disruptive way. Lots spent and a work in progress but my room was modern and comfortable- areas that are accessible look good. Staff are very polite and helpful. I stay weekly in the cov area and this is up there at this price point

I recently stayed at riverside hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price point was very reasonable. While there were some ongoing renovations, they didn't significantly impact my stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option.

I was very pleased with the room. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is being worked on but it is bringing it up to a modern standard. So good I've booked to stay again.

We recently stayed here for three nights. The room was clean, comfortable & had a kettle with tea & coffee. The room was a good temperature & the bed was also very comfortable. There was a lack of hot water in the shower, which was a big disappointment. The room was quiet & overall a good stay, notwithstanding the hot water issue. There was a restaurant downstairs, although we did not eat here. The room was also reasonably priced.

Stayed one night in what looked like a building site. Water dripping from ceiling in corridor only hot water from taps so unable to shower as water was scorching hot. Still waiting for a response from management 3 days ago.

Do not stay here - it is not ready for guests. Currently undergoing a refurbishment. No cold water only scalding hot. Water dripping out of ceiling spotlight. Unfinished rooms, it is a building site

Immigrant hotel! Make sure they go out of business for this! Hostile staff members and residents, the UK is spiralling down hill with all the immigrants

Put up illegal immigrants, young male ones, and you used our RNLI as a taxi service to get here. Amazing how they can house these illegal immigrants but not our homeless armed services personnel boycott this hotel chains
